Our single cultivar matcha is directly sourced from Uji, Japan. Working closely with an all women’s matcha farm we carefully selected the cultivars that offer a unique tasting experience. Harvested during the 1st harvest, the matcha is of the highest quality as each leaf has been handpicked and sorted.

Had it as a koicha first and it was super nutty and creamy. As usacha it is far sweeter and buttery. Low astringency and bitterness at 73°C
The quality is excellent, and I’m a big fan. It has a nutty, creamy flavor with no bitter aftertaste, which is exactly what I enjoy!

I was lucky enough to get a taste test of the OSU matcha, as a cold brew, when visiting the south melbourne market pop up store. What I loved about the OSU was the subtle hints of umami and sweetness, that were not overpowering but recognisable. It was prefectly refreshing and delicious. Thankyou!!!

I tried AKI and SAMI and especially love AKI - the color is bright green and it tastes so rich and creamy. Highly recommend.
